These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the SmartChemist Affiliate Program. By applying for or participating in the program, you ("Affiliate", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not apply.

Eligibility & Enrollment

• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
• Every application is subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your affiliate login credentials.
• The program is intended for lawful promotion by individuals and businesses only.

Referral Tracking

You receive a unique referral link and code. When a pharmacy signs up through your link, a tracking cookie and click record attribute that signup to you. Attribution is based on our tracking system; only referrals recorded and verified by SmartChemist qualify for commission. We are not responsible for referrals lost due to blocked cookies, manual URL edits, or a customer using a different device or browser.

Commissions & Earnings

• Commission is earned only on verified, paid subscriptions from your referred pharmacies.
• Commission rates and structure are shown in your dashboard and may be revised with notice.
• A referral first appears as pending, becomes approved after the qualifying period, and is marked paid once disbursed.
• We reserve the right to withhold or adjust commissions for referrals we deem invalid.

Payouts

• Payouts are made to the UPI or bank details you provide; keep them accurate.
• A minimum approved balance is required before a payout can be requested.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes; a valid PAN may be required for payout.
• Payouts are processed after review and may take time to reflect in your account.

Reversals, Refunds & Chargebacks

If a referred subscription is refunded, cancelled during a trial, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the related commission may be reversed even if previously approved. Reversed amounts may be deducted from your future earnings.

Prohibited Conduct

• Self-referral or signing up your own pharmacy through your link.
• Spam, misleading claims, or unauthorised use of the SmartChemist brand or trademarks.
• Bidding on SmartChemist brand keywords or impersonating official channels.
• Cookie stuffing, fake clicks, bots, or any manipulation of tracking.
• Offering unauthorised cashback or incentives that misrepresent the program.

Violation may result in withheld commissions and immediate removal from the program.

Data & Privacy

Limitation of Liability

SmartChemist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of expected commissions or revenue, arising from participation in the program.

Changes & Termination

We may modify these Terms, commission rates, or the program itself, or suspend or terminate your participation, at any time. Continued participation after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Referral Tracking & Cookies

When someone visits SmartChemist through your referral link, we store a cookie and a click record to attribute any resulting signup to you. This tracking is essential to crediting your commissions. Visitors can control cookies through their browser settings.

Data Sharing

We share limited data only where necessary — for example, with payment providers to disburse payouts and with authorities when required by law or for tax reporting. We do not share your data for third-party marketing.

Data Security

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Secure cloud infrastructure and restricted access
• Regular backups and monitoring

Your Rights

• Access and update your account and payout details anytime from your profile
• Request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your affiliate account

Data Retention

We retain referral and payout records for as long as needed to run the program and to comply with financial and tax record-keeping requirements, even after an account is closed.
