These Terms & Conditions govern the use of SmartChemist pharmacy management software. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with the subscription, billing, data usage, security and account management policies described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Service Usage
SmartChemist provides cloud-based pharmacy management tools including billing, inventory and reporting. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorised activity.
Account Registration
You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility.
Subscription & Payments
Subscription fees are based on your selected pricing plan. You may also book a free demo before subscribing.
- Access to premium features requires an active subscription
- Plans are billed as per selected pricing
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services
Data Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data, including medicine records, billing entries and reports. SmartChemist is not liable for issues arising from incorrect data.
Data & Security
Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling and security practices. We implement strong security measures to protect your data; however, you are responsible for maintaining secure access to your account.
Prohibited Use
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Attempting to hack, disrupt or misuse the system
- Sharing unauthorised access with third parties
Limitation of Liability
SmartChemist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue or business interruption arising from the use of our platform.
Service Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SmartChemist after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
